Pause & Play: Organizational Care

In our final Pause & Play session of this series, we’re zooming out to imagine new possibilities for how we do this work. Gina Duncan (BAM), Ruun Nuur (No Evil Eye Cinema) and Elijah McKinnon (OTV) will be in conversation to discuss building supportive arts organizations and ecosystems that center care while navigating funding fatigue, systemic inequities and burnout. Our session does not promise an answer, but aims to make space for both transparency and dreaming. For anyone leading a team or working within one, this interactive conversation is built to address how we create places in which we are all rested and well enough to move through this work.
